Applications are invited to fill up the following vacant posts at High Court of Sindh,Principal Seat Karachi, from the candidates who are between age of 24 and 35 years,having Domicile & PRC of Sindh and fulfill the requirements/criteria mentioned against each post.


GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Candidates must upload their CNIC (front and back), domicile, PRC/Form-D, a recent photograph, and all academic documents including percentage/marksheet from the respective university, experience certificate/Letter, NOC (for government servant, who apply through proper channel). Additionally, any required certifications must also be uploaded to the NEDUET portal when applying online.
  2. After completing the online application, candidates can download a system-generated challan of Rs. 3000/= (Rupees Three Thousand Only). The challan can be paid only online through PayPro. (This fee is non-refundable.)
  3. Candidates are advised to use only their original mobile number in the online application form and refrain from providing numbers that have been converted to another network.
  4. The date, time & venue shall be intimated later through an SMS alert. Further, all updates and notifications about the test dates, admit slips, result announcements or any other information shall be uploaded on the NED website/portal as well. In this regard, candidates must visit the portal/website from time to time.
  5. The Employees of High Court of Sindh may apply irrespective of age limit.
  6. Incase of any objection during the scrutiny process, candidates will be notified via SMS and are advised to regularly check SMS messages and online portal account. A period of three (03) days shall be given to resolve the objection. Failure to comply within this timeframe will result in rejection of the application form.
  7. No queries will be entertained within Two (02) weeks prior to the scheduled MCQs-based test.
  8. Candidates applying for more than one position must fill out a separate application form and pay a separate challan for each post.
  9. No documents shall be accepted if the issuance date of the document is after the closing date of the advertisement.
  10. Providing fictitious, exaggerated or misleading information shall result in rejection of applications & canlead to termination of employment at any stage.
  11. Candidates already serving in the government who meet the eligibility criteria may also apply through the proper channel, maximum age limit for Government Servants applying through proper channel is 42 years.
  12. Thecandidates at the time of interview should bring their original documents.
  13. Thedecision of the I.T. Committee/Selection Board shall be final.

Minimum Qualification & Requirements:

  1. Graduate from an HEC recognized University.
  2. 15 years’ experience in the relevant field OR a retired Army Officer (Major) with sufficient experience in the relevant field.
  3. Domicile of Sindh Province.
  4. Age between 21 to 50 years.
  5. Preference will be given to retired armed forces personnel having experience in designing and implementing security protocols.

  6. Five percent (5%) quota is reserved for disabled candidates who must provide a disability certificate issued by the Social Welfare Department, Government of Sindh.
  7. The employees of this Court may apply irrespective of the age limit.
  8. In case of any objection during scrutiny, candidates will be notified through SMS and must resolve the objection within three (03) days; otherwise the application will be rejected.
  9. No queries will be entertained within two (02) weeks prior to the MCQs based written test.
  10. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications and challans.
