Jaffer Brothers emerged victorious against Sindh High Court Green by five wickets on a treacherous UBL Sports Complex pitch which made life extremely tough for the batsmen.

Sindh High Court Green, who chose to bat first after skipper Mohammad Ibrahim won the toss, slumped to 106-9 in their stipulated 20 overs with Sajid Pachio (25 off 13 balls, two sixes and one four) and Vinod Raju (22 off 18, two boundaries) the main run-getters.

Off-spinners Tahir Ahmed (3-20) and Khalid Ali (2-25) shared the bowling honours.

Mukhtar Ahmed hit an unbeaten 40 (27 balls, four fours and one six) to lead Jaffer Brothers to a five-wicket triumph. Slow left-armer Mohammad Adil (3-18) and off-spinner Mohammad Nasir 2-28) bowled well for the losing side.

Larkana 17th March: SHC Larkana beat SHC Sukkur by 5 wickets. After winning the toss SHC Sukkur Captain Muneer Shah elected to bat first and could managed 128/10 in overs with the help of good knock of Babloo,Akbar Ali and Muhammad Chuttal by making 23,18,18 scored respectively. Main bowlers from SHC Larkana was Wasim Soomro who took 3 wickets for 19 and Nazir Markhand & Waqar Jan took 2-9 and 2-15 respectively. In reply SHC Larkana reached target 129 for loss for 5 Wickets in 17 overs, opening batsman Ashique Ali scored 23 having 3 fours and 1 Six, one down batsman Ahmed Ali Dasti also played good batting and scored 37 including 3 fours and 1 Six, but the main difference was Wasim Soomro who scored unbeaten 35 runs including 3 fours. SHC (Green) stun NBP in T20

KARACHI, March 10: Paceman Sajid Pachio claimed a sensational hat-trick in the penultimate over as Sindh High Court Green shocked fancied National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) by one run in the first New AJ Sports Multinational Premier League T20 cricket tournament fixture at the SBP Ground here on Saturday.

NBP, chasing 116, were dismissed for 114 in 19.4 overs after Sajid had sealed their fate in the second last over of the game with three wickets on the fourth, fifth and sixth deliveries to finish with three for 18. Leg-spinner Vinod Raju also played a key role in SHC Green’s success with figures of three for 11 while off-spinner Nusrat Ali took 2-24.

Former first-class wicket-keeper and Pakistan Under-19 representative Naeem Ahmed Khan was the top scorer for the bankers with a 28-ball 37 that included a brace of sixes and as many fours.

Earlier after SHC Green skipper Mohammad Ibrahim chose to bat first having won the toss, opener Farhan Khan was the cornerstone of their innings by striking two fours and a six in a 45-ball 42. Adil Ahmed made an 18-ball 22.

In Saturday’s other fixture, KASB Bank defeated Dubai Islamic Bank ‘B’ by 20 runs. Zulfiqar Lehri excelled for the winning side,

who were sent into bat, as he struck 76 off 56 balls with the aid of five sixes and two fours, while dominating the third-wicket partnership of 82 with Shahid Hussain (38 off 37 balls, two fours and one six).

SHC (Green) Cricket Team beat Larkana Circuit Cricket Team by 6 wickets. After winning the toss Larkana Circuit Cricket Team captain Waseem Soomro take first use of the wicket. Opener Ashiq Abbasi and Waseem Soomro at No.3 played fine batting display and scored 32 and 37 runs respectfully and managed 125 for the loss of 6 wickets in their allotted 20 overs, for SHC(Green) Vinod took 2 wickets for 25 and Muzammil Iqbal 2 for 27 and Sajid Pacheo 2 for 15 the main wicket taker. In reply SHC(Green) reached the target 129 for the loss of 4 wickets. Opening Batsman Syed Asghar Raza scored patient 25 runs with the help of 2 Fours, Vinod 34 with the help of 1 Six and 2 Fours but the main difference Sajid Pacheo who not only bowled very well also in the batting hammered 3 towering Sixes and 3 Fours just faced 12 balls innings. KARACHI, Dec 1: Paceman Sajid Ali Pechuho produced a devastating spell of bowling to spearhead Sindh High Court Green into the semi-finals of the New A.J. Sports Multinational Champions League Twenty 20 cricket tournament with an eight-wicket victory over Total Oil at the Young Fighters Cricket Ground here on Saturday.

Sajid proved simply unplayable for the hapless Total Oil side, which managed a paltry total of 84 in 15.4 overs after electing to bat first upon winning the toss, as he returned startling figures of five wickets for just 10 runs in three overs.

Slow left-armer Raju was also in top form as he snared four wickets or 25 in four overs. Three of his victims were stumped by Mohammad Ibrahim, the Sindh High Court Green skipper and wicket-keeper. Ibrahim, in fact, had a memorable outing as he held two catches to finish with five dismissals in the match.

Sindh High Court Green, who needed to win the match to qualify for the knockout phase, required 13.2 overs to reach their target. In the end, they made 86-2 with Muzammil Khan scoring an unbeaten 38 with the help of three boundaries and two sixes.

Abdul Asif also batted well to strike four fours in his 25, while Tanvir Khan contributed an undefeated 20 with a brace of boundaries included.

Sindh High Court Green finished second behind Macter Pharma with two wins in three matches.

Mohammad Farhan scored a superb 60 and took three wickets for 32 runs to inspire Sindh High Court Green to a 30-run victory over Feroz Textile in the New A.J. Sports Multinational Champions League Twenty20 cricket tournament at the Young Fighters Cricket Ground here on Sunday.

After skipper Mohammad Ibrahim won the toss and had no hesitation in deciding to bat first, Sindh High Court Green made 158-7 in their stipulated 20 overs. Asghar Raza also made a useful contribution of 35.

Sindh High Court Green beat Feroz Textile by 30 runs.

Mector Pharma Cricket team Beat Sindh High Court Green by 28 runs in AJ Sports Colour Kit T20 Cricket Tournament played at Young Fighter Cricket Ground. Batting First Mector Pharma Scored 179 in the allotted 20 overs, Ali Iqbal scored 71, Wajih 36 and Mateen 32. Muhammad Nusrat 2/21 and Aamir took 2 for 25. In reply Sindh High Court Green scored 151 for the loss of 8 wickets in their allotted 20 overs, Farhan Ahmed scored 44, Sajid Pachio 40 and Muhammad Ibrahim 20 n.o. batted well. Peter took 3 wickets for 25 runs.



  

   The first Match was played at KPI Cricket Ground, sadder was played Between Sindh High Court (Green) team and Sindh High Court (Blues) team.

                Sindh High Court Green won the toss and and elected to bat and scored 202 runs in allotted 25 over. The main runs scorer was Farhan 63, Nasir 35 and Shakeel 33 respectively. For Blues Saqib took 3 for 45. In reply Sindh High Court Blues scored 154 runs. For Sindh High Court Green Muhammad Nusrat Ali 3/40 and Abdul Hameed Rathor 3 for 29 were the main wicket taker.

                2nd Match Sindh High Court Vs Green Sports at UBL. In an exciting match Green Sports won the toss and elected to bat first. Batting first Green Sports managed to score 238 runs in the allotted 25 over. Riaz Nawaz (102) runs and Ameen Siddiqui (60) runs. Raju 3/38 and Muhammad Muhammad Nusrat Ali took 2/30 for the Sindh High Court. In reply Sindh High Court scored 220 runs. Tanveer batted well and scored 89 runs. Sajid 54 not out. 3rd Match Sindh High Court Vs KDA Officers at TMC Ground on 2/3/2012. KDA Officer won the match by narrow margin of 1 run.
                Decided to bat first after winning the toss KDA Officers Club scored 196 runs in allotted 25 over. Mujahid Hussain scored 90 runs with the help of 2 Six and 11 Fours. For the Sindh High Court Shakeel captured 2 for 30 and Raju 2 for 50. In reply Sindh High Court scored 195 in their allotted over, Farhan top scored with 58 runs with 2 six and 4 fours, Sajid 46 with 2 six and 3 fours and Sultan 38 runs with 2 fours respectively. Visal Ansari 2/45 and Iftikhar 3/49 from the KDA Officers Club.

                4th Match Sindh High Court Vs Khudad Gymkhana at Steel Twon Cricket Stadium on 12/3/2012. Khudad Gymkhan bundled out for 98 runs., Muhammad Nusrat Ali 3 for 18, Abdul Hameed Rathor captured 2 wickets for 9 runs Amir 2 for 12. In reply Sindh High Court reaches the target in 20th over. Asghar the main runs getter 29 not out with 3 fours and Farhan 16 runs with 2 fours. Shoaib and Sohail took 2 wickets each from the Khudad Gymkhana Cricket Club.
